DO NOT COPY. 😠

There are several event organizers that have copied my exact wording in their vendor applications and website bios - this is copyright infringement. You have used my intellectual property without authorization and violated The Copyright Act. This offence has led me to pursue legal action in the past, so if you are guilty of this wrongdoing, revise your content now. I will be checking to make sure the text has changed. I’m fed up with this, needing to repeat myself over and over again. It’s common sense not to steal, and it boggles my mind that I have to continue to send cease and desist letters. Be ashamed of being called out, be embarrassed you thought I wouldn’t find out.

This is what I state on my website, forms and agreements: You are strictly prohibited from replicating, modifying or using the contents of this form in any way for any purposes. All copyright and trademark laws apply.

😤

Why I deleted 1000+ posts!

1) My posts are still being used without my knowledge/permission. My requests for credit are constantly ignored, and my work continues to be stolen.

2) My posts are still being copied both by corporations and indie artists. The styles and compositions are similar with nearly identical graphics and imagery.

3) My products are still being replicated by big companies and small businesses. They are knowingly using my IP, completely ignoring my registered trademarks and legal copyright.

4) Even though I have worked really hard to create unique products, photos, and illustrations since 2008, it’s not worth keeping this archive online where I can’t control its uses.

5) Moreover, I don’t want my digital footprint to go so far back. I’m deleting a lot from my private account as well, and removing my name from irrelevant posts.

Moving forward, I will post with purpose. If a post is no longer needed, I will delete it. I don’t know what it will do to my algorithm, and I don’t care.

Let’s see how this goes!

you’re my soymate 🍣❤️👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏼

It’s my 16th wedding anniversary today! All the lovey dovey cards I’ve made over the years were for my husband 💌🥰 I created this one back in 2014 and there’s been countless copies since… blergh.

Anyway, hope you have a fantastic long weekend! 🫶
