Skin-contact wines are one of the most exciting and enigmatic tcategories in the glass right now. Often deeper in color, richer in texture, and alive with a complexity that white wine drinkers rarely see coming. We’ll explore the full spectrum, from delicately kissed to boldly tannic, tracing how winemakers across the globe interpret this ancient technique in wildly different ways.

Join Connery and Bobby for a hands-on tasting that just might upend everything you thought you knew about white wine. Whether you’re an orange wine obsessive or completely new to the category, there’s a seat at the table for you.

Tomorrow’s Wednesday tasting is all about those juicy late-summer Italian vibes 🇮🇹✨ Wed, Sept 17, 6:00-7:30pm.

Our GM & Wine Buyer, Bobby, will be pouring a fresh lineup that stretches from north to south. We’ll kick things off with a sparkling Prosecco Rosé from historic Rechsteiner in Veneto, then glide into Moris Farms’ bright and sea-breezy Vermentino from Tuscany. From there, we head south to Sicily for Cantina Cellaro’s bold and sun-soaked ‘Bacaro’ Nero d’Avola, before finishing along the Adriatic in the Marche region with Tenuta de Angelis’ Rosso Piceno Superiore—where Montepulciano and Sangiovese work their savory magic.

We thought about what *we’re* cooking in this gorgeous weather and picked some wines perfect for pairing with late-summer wines. ☀️ Think grilled seafood, herby pastas, roasted veggies, and charred meats on the patio—each glass a reminder that summer isn’t over just yet. Stop in, sip, and savor with us! ✨
