Next month I’ll be teaching yoga with @stonewallcleveland in addition to my standing classes at @flowstatemovementstudio, @ascendgym_cle and @wortsandwards.

This is a beautiful full-circle moment for me. I took my first ever in-person yoga class with @victoria.s.44 through Stonewall Sports in 2023 after years of practicing at home, too nervous to take a class. Victoria’s class made me feel at home in my practice. I’m honored to be teaching with the org that opened the door for me to yoga as a community space three years ago. by @queersoulalchemy

As a Cancer 🦀, I’m a total homebody. So my favorite way to study with @mountmadonnacenter is online 🪷✨

I went through YTT300 with @mountmadonnainstitute in 2020-21, and because of the pandemic our group graduated from their very first online teacher training!

The programs have grown a lot since I graduated 5 years ago, and I’ve been grateful for the opportunity this year to continue to learn by supporting YTT groups.

I love the hybrid format because the students get the best of both worlds. We get to meet in person, cultivate community, and experience the magic of the mountain together during the in person modules. ⛰️🌙

For the rest of the training, they get to learn from the comfort and convenience of their own home.

And I get to Teach to Learn, from mine. 😉

💜🔥
