Congratulations to Lauren Kane, physician assistant student, on her election as a 2026–2027 Student Academy Delegate to the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) House of Delegates! 🎉

In this national leadership role, Lauren will advocate for the interests, needs and perspectives of PA students from across the country. She will represent her peers at the AAPA House of Delegates meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, in May 2027, the profession’s primary policy meeting.

We’re proud to see our students stepping into leadership and helping shape the future of the PA profession. Congratulations, Lauren! 👏

This morning, our EQUIP clinic partnered with the QU PA program to host the annual Cow Chip event at North Haven campus! Students from both programs, as well as others, were able to enjoy the event filled with games and generous prizes. Congrats to all the winners, and thank you to everyone who supported this event! Special thanks to the PA program for including QU PT's EQUIP clinic in the fundraise 🐄💙

Thanks to the Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant Program for hosting a feminine hygiene drive to support our domestic violence programs! These everyday essentials are something many of us don't think twice about, but for the individuals and families we serve, they can make all the difference. Your kindness and generosity help provide comfort, dignity, and support during a difficult time. Thank you for thinking of our clients and for showing what the power of community looks like. We are so grateful for your support! #CommunitySupport #DomesticViolenceAwareness #ThankYou by @qupa_program

Please consider joining this amazing event in honor of an amazing PA. Joe Kaplowe, Jr was a highly respected surgical PA, educator, mentor, and PA advocate in Connecticut who helped shape PA practice and education for decades. This event is free to attend and great for networking and connecting with friends. Check out the event website here: https://joekaplowepaevent.org by @qupa_program
