Most second brains are full of people and projects. Mine was too.

That tells an AI agent what's in flight. It still won't know how you'd handle it.

So my vault is growing SOPs and notes on how I think, execute and decide.

An SOP is how a thing gets done, step by step. A decision note holds the rules I use, like when to say yes to a project.

With those in the vault, an agent can do the work the way I would.

Every note in my second brain gets a confidence score now.

The vault lives in Obsidian. A low score means the note might be wrong.

I get 5 questions a day, starting with the notes that score lowest, and my answers fix them.

Nightly jobs update and organize the vault while I sleep.

My agents read these notes too. What they know about the business is stuff I've already checked.

People: one note per person, with open loops.
Projects: status, next action, who we're waiting on.
Meetings: decisions and action items, not transcripts.
Run receipts: a log for every automation run.
Rule I use: if it's not actionable, a reference, or a person, it's noise.

I pointed an AI at every account I own, personal mail back to May 2022, and went to sleep.
By morning: 77 meeting reviews saved, and a people note for everyone I talk to.
It also caught a pricing mistake my note-taker made, and a plan that broke my own pay-before-build rule.
The agent's note: "I let the deep review run too long." Next time I set a stopping point.
