My light bill got paid today and I didn't touch the mouse.

Grok Bot is hooked into my second brain, so it saw the low-balance alert from OUC. I told it "top it up, 20 bucks" and it logged in, put in the $20, picked my card, asked me for the CVV in a secure box, and then stopped and asked for my OK before it actually paid. Payment went through.

Then I had it update the routine. Next time it just asks me "$10, $20 or $30?" and handles the rest.

You walk it through once and it becomes a skill. Same thing works for pretty much any process in your business.

Every second you spend doing the work is a second you could've spent building the thing that does it for you.

We used to go pillar by pillar. One workflow, built all the way to 100%, then the next one.

Now we gather the context first. Calls, screens, docs, all of it.
That gets 10 workflows to 80% at the same time, and we just close the last 20% on each.
