I am a natural nurturer. It’s how I was raised…it’s just who I am. My Business hat is a non factor when someone is hurting. In that moment he didn’t need me to be his Accountant, he didn’t need me to be a fan, he just needed me to be human. 💚

People often see the stage, the décor, or the finished event.

We see the systems behind it all.

We take client chaos and transform it into clear strategy, organized operations, intentional design, and flawless production. From the first concept to the final breakdown, we build the framework that allows every moving part to work together seamlessly.

✨ Operational Excellence
✨ Event Design Excellence
✨ Production Excellence

Because a successful event isn’t created by chance—it’s created through systems, structure, and intentional execution.

Whether it’s a conference, festival, awards gala, corporate activation, or community event, we turn bold ideas into experiences that feel effortless for guests and stress-free for our clients.

We don’t just produce events.

We architect experiences.

Release the limiting beliefs. Drop the imposter syndrome.
✨Start the podcast.
✨Launch the business.
✨Hire the assistant.
✨Grab that mic and speak
✨Write the book
✨Take up space like you were born for this—because you were. ✨

You don’t need more time.
You need more trust in yourself and more importantly surround yourself with people that believe in you, that lift you up in every area of your life!

The @quintillionaire__ State of Mind is about moving before you feel ready and building momentum while the fear is still whispering.
Because guess what?

Your future isn’t waiting on perfection.
It’s waiting on your permission.

Let this be your sign:
Start.
Now.
Scared.
Messy.
Powerful.

👇🏽 What’s the move you’ve been sitting on?
Comment “I’m starting today” if this was the push you needed.

Big News! I’m officially a contestant in the People’s Choice Talent Showcase happening in Washington, DC on August 2!

I’m so excited to pitch my idea worth sharing for a chance to become the next TEDxUStreetWomen speaker — and I need your support to get there!

Voting is now open until 7/31

You can vote for me #13. The link is in my bio.

✨You can find my pitch at the 41 minutes and 47 seconds mark. ✨

If you’re in DC, pull up and be part of the magic in person — I’d love to see some familiar faces in the room. Let’s make this moment count — together.

Another day, another successful event.

With my companies @flareeventdesign & @qwinmcg we specialize in it all from design to talent management to production and logistics. I make it my duty after any event, to have these photo moments on the carpet or backdrop to take it all in, smell the flowers, and thank God for allowing me to use my gifts to the upmost without any limitations. Next up, CLEVELAND, OHIO! Let’s geauuuxxxxxx!

Special shoutout to my team. None of this is possible without you!

Grateful for it all! ❤️❤️❤️ by @qwinmcg

Still riding the wave of gratitude after an incredible weekend supporting the @naturbanleague Women in Harmony Luncheon.

My team and I had the honor of helping produce and execute a truly meaningful experience where Black women were seen, celebrated, and poured into.

From the run of show to talent management and logistics to the @tekniqueagency Glam Bar, and the @auraletoussaint_skincare activation—this was a full-circle weekend rooted in purpose, partnership, and power.

Deeply thankful to have played a part in bringing it all to life.

Huge thanks to @kristianbnewman @creole_breezy for the powerful collaboration. 💫

Special shoutout to my team. None of this is possible without you!

@tasha4realsmith touched my soul at the @theculturecreators brunch. When she said, “Just like a bamboo tree, I was hidden,” it hit me deep. 🌱

I’ve spent seasons unseen, growing roots. But now—I’m seen, I’m heard, and I’m leading like I was born to. No more shrinking. No more playing small while others benefit from the greatness God placed in me.

When you come out of hiding, God will place you in rooms you never imagined. I am just getting started!

There’s a tribe waiting on you—just like they were waiting on me.

My genius can no longer be hidden.
I have arrived.

My message to you: Show up. Speak up. Take up space.

STRATEGIZE.
Behind every successful event is a clear, data-driven strategy. We align vision with goals to ensure every element serves a purpose.

PLAN.
Execution starts with precision planning. From logistics to aesthetics, We develop structured workflows that leave no detail overlooked.

EXECUTE.
When it’s time to deliver, excellence is non-negotiable. I lead with clarity, manage with confidence, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

That’s the power of production with intention.
