Our client Ryan Clark adds another accolade to his list. Not only is he a Super Bowl Champion, he was named the winner of the “Outstanding Personality/Studio Analyst” category at the 44th annual Sports Emmy Awards.

His family wanted to celebrate his win with an intimate dinner party. This was a perfect evening with a candlelit dinner for 10 with custom Emmy Awards, custom Emmy napkin rings with each guests name, a custom Emmy standee laced with balloons cascading from the ceiling. The room was filled with love, laughter and so much pride.

Congratulations Ryan! Keep Raising The Bar!

Welcome Chapter 5.3! 🎉🎂🎁

The great part about growing wiser is the discernment and peace that comes with it....knowing what deserves your energy, what deserves your attention, and what simply doesn’t.

I thank God for every gift He has placed inside of me, every door He has opened, and every opportunity to keep using those gifts in ways I never imagined.

This chapter isn’t about slowing down.

It’s about multiplication.

More purpose.
More joy.
More impact.
More of what God has for me.

I'm not counting the years. I’m counting the blessings and expecting multiplication. Welcome, 5.3. I’m just getting started.

Let's GEAUXXXXXX!!!!💪🏽🚀🎉🥰

✨ More than a Glam Suite. It’s a moment to pour back into HER. ✨

In the middle of meetings, networking, learning, leading, building and pouring into everyone else… sometimes a woman simply needs a moment to pause and pour back into herself.

That’s what the @naturbanleague x @fashionfaircosmetics Glam Suite was all about. 💄✨

A space intentionally created for women to refresh, recharge and walk back into the conference reminded of exactly who they are:

Beautiful.
Brilliant.
Powerful.
Capable.
Worthy.
And ready for whatever room she walks into next.

Because beauty is only part of the experience.

The Glam Suite is about confidence, connection, affirmation, sisterhood, self-care and positive energy. It’s a place to take a moment for YOU before stepping back out to network, lead, learn, build and handle business.

Come in. Get glammed. Get encouraged. Get recharged. Then go OWN THE ROOM. ✨

And a very special thank you to @missgetemgirl for her vision and for trusting the @thezengroupdesignfirm to curate that vision on her behalf. There is something special about being entrusted with an idea and given the opportunity to transform it into an experience that women can actually see, feel and remember. We are truly grateful for that trust. ❤️

This is the NUL Glam Suite Experience. 💄✨

Designed with intention.
Curated with purpose.
Created to celebrate HER.

In 2023, this was only a dream.

That year, @thezengroupdesignfirm was entrusted with one activation for the @naturbanleague Conference — The NUL Glam Suite.

We were grateful for ONE.

Fast-forward three years to 2026… and The Zen Group had the honor and privilege of bringing 15 activations to life at the National Urban League Conference in Nashville. ✨

ONE became FIFTEEN.

And that growth is something we don’t take lightly.

Behind those 15 finished experiences were months of planning, designing, sourcing, production, logistics, collaboration and execution.

What guests experience in just a few days represents months of work behind the scenes.

But this story is about more than production.

It’s about growth. Relationships. Trust. Opportunity. And what can happen when someone believes in what you’re building.

And to our entire team, vendors, partners and every person whose hands helped bring these experiences to life — THANK YOU. This doesn’t happen without all of us.

Sometimes you have to look back to truly appreciate how far you’ve come.

From a dream.
To a blank canvas.
To a plan.
To reality.

People often see the stage, the décor, or the finished event.

We see the systems behind it all.

We take client chaos and transform it into clear strategy, organized operations, intentional design, and flawless production. From the first concept to the final breakdown, we build the framework that allows every moving part to work together seamlessly.

✨ Operational Excellence
✨ Event Design Excellence
✨ Production Excellence

Because a successful event isn’t created by chance—it’s created through systems, structure, and intentional execution.

Whether it’s a conference, festival, awards gala, corporate activation, or community event, we turn bold ideas into experiences that feel effortless for guests and stress-free for our clients.

We don’t just produce events.

We architect experiences.

@quintina_ricks,
Where do I even begin?

You came into my life as a client, but somewhere along the way, you became family. This brunch isn’t just an event—it carries the weight of a thousand moving pieces, impossible timelines, big personalities, endless asks, and expectations. Somehow, you managed all of it with grace, charm, and a calm spirit that kept us moving forward.

You were the peacemaker. The steady hand. The one who never made it about yourself. You simply put your head down and got the work done.

Thank you for taking us on in the middle of everything else you already had on your plate. Thank you for every phone call, every connection, every problem you solved before I even knew it existed. Thank you for being part of my support system and helping carry the weight when it felt heavy.

People will see the beauty of what we created, but they may never fully understand what it took to get there. I do. And I will never take your heart, your commitment, or your sacrifice for granted.

I love you, I’m grateful for you, and I’m so thankful this journey brought you into my life. Here’s to this chapter… and every one that’s still ahead of us. ❤️ #culturecreators Quintina,

Sometimes in life you go through things and you wonder why and you question if being a good person is always worth it, but then God shows you exactly why you went through what you did. That’s how I feel about @quintina_ricks!! I know we met for a reason bigger than both of us. We became business partners years ago but today I can honestly say we are truly friends/sisters. When I called 5 days before and said I need to do something for my son before he leaves, she basically said I got you! Spencer, Kaeden, Kerrington, and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving @2k.johnson__ a going away party that he will always remember in less than 5 days and it didn’t help that it was the week of New Years at that🤦🏾‍♀️ I promise I won’t put you in that position again but if I have to 👀 I know you can pull it off!! If you need an event to come to life, @flareeventdesign is the one!!! Thank you @jalamashay for stopping by and getting the kids going!! Thanks to every vendor who accommodated my last minute requests! You are greatly appreciated!!
