MAKIN’ STRENGTH GAINS IN GROUP TRAINING!
-
I am SO proud of my ladies! We have been hammering the box squat & close grip bench press for the past 10 weeks, & everyone improved! Watching everyone’s confidence under the bar improve has been magical! They really have come to love the box squat! In addition, we have a little friendly competition going on! It’s so awesome getting to help other women fall in love with lifting! Such a supportive, encouraging vibe we got goin’ on!
-
We kicked off our new phase of programming this week. We will be focusing more on conditioning in the next 6 weeks, but still working to get stronger! We will be doing a lot more “every minute on the minute” (EMOM) lifting, as well as lifting lighter loads with a “speed” emphasis every 30-60s. As always, I will be introducing some new exercises as well as “tweaks” to old favorites.
-
Ladies! You can join us! In person or online! Our programming is available through @trainheroic so anyone can follow along! Coaches, you can use our programming with your clients!
-
We are missing a few #rippeleffectrockstars, but they will be back soon! @ashlyeboni @ashleyhrasco @bubbles1302 @brmayeux @prclarkin @shannon.af @linz7887 @ashley.w.ferg @andmindfulness @quintina_ricks -
