I couldn’t decide which pic,

Ride to the wall, 2 weeks ago,
6000+ bikes to pay their respects to the armed forces memorial.
Its 1 I do every year , kinda helps that it’s local , But I’d do it even if it was in London, 20th anniversary next year, so we’re expecting something slightly different taken in National Memorial Arboretum by @r1soul

So let’s talk #tenere700
I remember seeing it as a concept bike a @motorcyclelive & utterly falling in love with it, a very #ktm990 design which I always loved,
everything you need with none of the faff. & at the time I was riding a tdm900, a great low powered mile muncher, tedious until you learnt how to use it ,
it was a promising bike.
But it wasn’t in production, so I went for its big sister, a great bike, but a lot heavier, So was I.
Then it came out & it was missing a few things,
a tank range,
tubeless tyres,
(I’ve already had a puncture)
A comfy seat,
So I didn’t jump at the option,
& fell in love with the 1200,
I was lardy so I needed a lardy bike,
Then I saw @ajshaw29 tenere 7 in 22 @cool.covers__ seat cover & @acerbisuk tank, 2 of the 3 things sorted, maybe just maybe this is the 1,
But I was still lardy,
The very next week I met @curtis_t7 & his all black stealth weapon & acerbis tank & I was starting to lust after it
(Bike or rider? You decide)
Then @rtwpaul got 1,
& he’s like my biking guru,
if it’s good enough for him,
Straight away I noticed the acerbis tank, so this is the way to go.
& now I’m not so lardy, woohooo,
But with impending surgery (again)
I thought the time was right,
& the deal I was offered was too good to be true, (or was it)

I miss the extra power a little, but the truth is I was not using it enough to warrant it, preferring to stay almost legal limits (well ish) I don’t miss the weigh of the 1200, I’d got very used to it, but now it’s now it’s not needed,
I’m picking my 1200 back up today ready for sale, & I know ive made the right choice t7 it’s a winner #ilikemybike❤️ by @r1soul
