We raised our right hands and said we weren’t cousins in front of the DuPage County clerk today. They granted us a marriage license for a small fee.

I love you 😘 @teachbrian

How was your weekend? Mine was alright 😉🥰😘😂

This isn’t the proper post about the L❤️VE Brian & I felt from family & friends over the weekend (and even from those who reached out or could not attend). Don’t think I wont! It’s coming! I’m enjoying & still riding the wedding train high.

We are BLESSED on our BEST days and even more on the worst days. But we know we are truly BLESSED because of the family & friends we have in our lives. Brian and I L❤️VE you all so much. There aren’t enough words that can express how grateful we are.

4️⃣5️⃣. ❤️ And feeling incredibly loved.

Rosétober officially started October 1st. At 9:53PM, I turned 45.🍾🥂

I was spoiled in all the best ways, but my favorite part was ending it around the table with some of my dearest friends, playing Mahj, laughing, drinking wine and eating chocolate cake. 🀄️🍷🧁

And because I am apparently VERY committed to being the other side of a Libra… I did it in a Boy Meets World shirt, on my retro Golden Girls Mahj mat, while wearing a red light mask. 😂 An ’80s baby, forever loving the ’90s, playing like a Golden Girl and fighting Father Time one red light session at a time.

My heart is very full. ❤️
45 feels pretty damn good. 🥂

Grateful for the many blessings… my family… my friends… my furbabies…& another trip around the sun… taken in Rosé All Day by @r2_d2_3

Bright. Bold. And full of little surprises. 🀄️

Another new tile set has officially been CRAK-ed open… and this one had me stopping to look at every single tile. 😍

From the colorful details to the Chinese-inspired symbols woven throughout the designs, there’s so much personality packed into this set.

A crane on the Bird Bam, lucky knots, dragon dance imagery, beautiful Year of the Horse inspired details…and plenty more to discover. 🐉🪢💙

I love a tile set that’s pretty at first glance—but gets even more interesting the closer you look.

Now… someone alert the Charleston. These beauties are ready to dance. 😉

September Summer 💕🀄️

There’s something pretty special about looking back at an evening like this.

A room full of MAHJERS gathering around a table — some familiar faces, some joining a Teach Me Mahj Social Series for the very first time — laughing, learning, cheering for each other and, of course, celebrating every MAHJONG! 👑

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who claims a seat, brings a friend, comes back again, and continues to help this little mahjong community grow.

What started with teaching the game has become so much more than tiles on a table. It’s connection. It’s confidence. It’s new friendships. And it’s a whole lot of fun. 💗

Thank you for spending your evening at Teach’s Table and for making September Summer such a memorable one.

HUGE THANK YOU TO @billygskirkwood
Your staff always creates such a welcoming space for the MAHJERS with exceptional service 🥰!!! Jennifer is amazing. Service with such a beautiful smile & lovely energy all night long!

Small tile. Big energy. Even bigger gratitude. 🀄️✨

Apparently, “I already have enough mahjong tiles” is not a sentence I understand. 😂🀄️

(I do this for you… not me… You! The lovely guests that sit at Teach’s Table. Okay… fine… for me too 🤪🤣!)

Another box. Another set. Another completely justifiable life choice.
Let’s open these up. ✨

A little watercolor magic arrived. 🎨🀄️✨

This new set of tiles remind me of a watercolor painting. 💕

Of course, I can’t keep them tucked away at home… they’ll be making their Teach Me Mahj Social Series debut at the next event!

Who wants them at their table? 🙋‍♀️

Pretty tiles. Good people. Mahj memories.

See you at Teach’s Table. 💗

Hosting + Mahj = two of my favorite things. 🀄️💕

I love finding raffle prizes that are not only beautiful, but useful—pieces that bring people together around a table.

When I spotted these bamboo-trim platters, they immediately felt perfect for a Teach Me Mahj Social Series. I mean… bamboo + Mahj? It was meant to be. 🎋🀄️

And even better—each platter comes with 4 matching dishes, making it the perfect little hosting set for appetizers, snacks, dips… or your next Mahj gathering.

Two lucky Mahjer will be taking one set home from an upcoming Social Series! 🎟️✨

Because the best raffle prizes are the ones that keep bringing people back to the table. 💗

Bird Bam CHEERS! 🦚🀄️🥂🐉

Another incredible evening around the mahjong tables! 💗

A huge thank you to The Mexican STL @themexicanstl for giving me the perfect place to bring a room full of people together to play, laugh, connect and create memories.

From the hosts and servers to the bartenders, kitchen staff and everyone in between — THANK YOU for taking such great care of us. 🥂

And to everyone who joined me for Birds of a Feather — thank you for claiming a seat at Teach’s Table. I hope you had as much fun as I did watching the room come alive! 🩷
It was a sold out social series! 32 lovely guests 🥰
