I had a time!

Getting the space to offer a sound bath and still pour into myself.

When I think about events I think about all of what the event by @therapeuticallyinclined was.

Everything was so intentionally put together and gave participants the space to feel, explore their creativity and love up on themselves.

Shoutout to @lnl.beautyco for the workshop as well because now I get to explore with press on’s a little bit.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is slow down enough to listen.

I’m honored to welcome @racheal.simone, founder of Di Veranda, to Therapeutically Crafted.

Racheal Simone is a Caribbean sound and energy practitioner and founder of Di Veranda, supporting women in reconnecting to stillness and presence through sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, and movement. Her work centers on helping mothers embrace self-preservation and nurture generational well-being by creating space to feel seen, supported, and connected.

She’ll begin our experience by helping us ground ourselves before we pick up our journals or our craft supplies, creating space to arrive fully as we are.

Therapeutically Crafted is a creative wellness experience for women of color to sit back and feel safe enough to choose themselves while remembering that healing doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
