Join us on Sunday, June 7th, for our Weightlifting & Gymnastics Clinic! From 10am to 3pm at @jungla.training

We’ll be breaking down key weightlifting movements, including the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch, along with gymnastics skills such as Pull-Ups, Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, Handstands, and Rope Climbs.

Whether you’re looking to refine your technique, build confidence in your skills, or learn something new, this clinic is for you.

We’ll also have snacks provided by our sponsors and a lunch break to recharge and connect with the community.

Proud of myself for qualifying semifinals in both age group and individual.
I honestly wasn’t sure how I would do this season with the struggles I went through the end of my 2025.
My fitness fell off track and I didn’t feel like myself for months. Switching gyms to break free from a toxic situation had me lost for a bit. Had to dig myself out of a hole mentally, emotionally, and psychically.
This year has been so much better being in a better environment and head space. I’ve proven to myself that I can overcome the worst of situations and come back stronger.
