A fabulous few days celebrating my wonderful mum - @jennywilson45 - on her 80th birthday with a family bash yesterday (thank you all for coming) and a special afternoon, with tea at @theritzlondon and cocktails at Langhams.

Happy 80th mum - thank you for all the love and affection throughout the years and always supporting me, my sister and our families.

Big love to my big little sister @gen_clark29 for all the organising and to @emmab_radio for making this video!

It’s been fabulous seeing all the love for this incredible human.

Love you mum ❤️❤️❤️❤️ by @radiodam0

Hooray for the weekend!

This Sunday, Village Sound returns to @thebellinticehurst for an afternoon of mellow Balearic beats, sun-soaked grooves and laid-back summer sounds in the Garden of Wonder.

Behind the decks is Damian Wilson @radiodam0, a dear friend of @thebellinticehurst whose musical journey spans decades. From producing shows for Mark Knight, David Guetta and Steve Aoki, to working alongside Pete Tong, Mary Anne Hobbs and Judge Jules at BBC Radio 1, Damian brings serious musical pedigree and impeccable taste.

Having held residencies in London and Ibiza, played iconic venues including Pacha, Space, Amnesia and Fabric, and now spinning vinyl sets at Maison Estelle, The Groucho and LouLou's, Damian's sound is all about atmosphere, connection and musical storytelling.

Expect soulful, sun-drenched selections, disco, Balearic grooves and effortless Sunday afternoon energy - The perfect soundtrack to a lazy afternoon in the garden with friends, great food over fire, including stone-baked pizzas, and of course drinks on ice.

From 12pm–6pm.
