Carfest 2026 ❤️

Well that was ace …

A few days of finding the fun & hanging with good friends & ace colleagues

And of course raising a staggering amount of money for UK children & young people’s charities. Very impressive.

Can’t speak for the inimitable Chris Evans whose energy levels over the weekend have prompted yet another level of respect from me .. just sayin, I might be a little quieter tomorrow morning 😜

Festival Season ‘26 .. done x

Where do I begin @carfestevent ?

I hosted, spoke, listened, danced ,ate, laughed, ran, swam and made a bucket full of memories.

Highlights for me was hosting a panel … and the dancing my socks off to @rpjband @realsirtomjones @jessiej @therealgokwan @sophieellisbextor

Too many friends to mention that partied with me but a huge shout out to those who jumped with me endlessly at the front of the stage @thebodycoach @thehappypear @annamarie.gough @ryanrileyy @sophie_rowe_ham @charlottesdavey

To my roomie and general partner in crime @emmab_radio I love you 🥰(baby shark)

To the amazing team and everyone who works so hard to make it all happen, thank you for making it all incredible.

Here’s to 2027 …🥰

Ummmmm how did we not know about this !!??

This was no.7 .. not the first or the second but the bloody 7th ! Annnnnd proper petrol head buddies @sparky_hamilton & @juliettehamilton had spontaneously hit on a free night & were in the area .. I can’t even 😆

I don’t know anything about cars so apologies for ALL the wrong words but 3 nearly 4 hours of the most beautiful of rides. Chrome & leather & big fat engines & cowboy hats & whole families out driving these cracking bits of history

It was ace .. well done & thank you @redhillcruise ! That was a ruddy brilliant Saturday night X

Had to work off some of the excitement on the bikes @thelight_redhill …

Wanna Run The Record with me ?

Duran Duran’s Rio !

This week it’s a pure pop gem .. 9 songs long, about 30 odd mins so a relatively straight forward one ..

We had so much fun running this one ANNNND .. the hits are not the best songs on this to run to in my opinion. My Own Way, New Religion pick up the pace ..

Enjoy ! And don’t forget to suggest records to run to ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
