It’s about discussing the uphill battles of not only just men’s mental health, but men’s mental health through the lens of an athlete…. #football #mensmentalhealth #yoga by @rae_ken

β€œwe have a habit of not celebrating what God has already done when there’s a pinch of what He hasn’t done” i heard that once and it reminded me that gratitude and your memory is how you stay encouraged and rooted in your faith. remember what Jesus has already done. this weekend reminded me of just how much God has protected, provided, and covered me. #2819 #JesusisLord #access by @rae_ken
In this interview, @AnferneeOrji talks about what mental health means to him, how it’s shaped his career, and why this conversation is long overdue. He talks about the pressures, the motivation, and what keeps him going even on the hardest days. But beyond the game, who is he? A mentor, a teacher, and someone passionate about inspiring the next generation. If you’re an athleteβ€”or someone chasing a dreamβ€”this is a conversation you don’t want to miss. so honored to have the opportunity to connect and gift team @vinylbc of @unrivaledbasketball with @thesilentinjury merch! just to see everyone so excited to receive the merch and hear me ramble on about my brand warmed my heart. i went through a lot to make this happen and it looked like it wasn’t going to.. (got in a car accident/my original package that i mailed a week ago for the team got lost and i had to overnight new shirts) but God came through for me and i fought through adversity. i guess i really do want this. huge thanks to @tspoon_11 for being so gracious and welcoming. a black woman embracing you makes you feel like you can do the impossible. this is only the beginning of the silent injury in the w! #womeninsport #unrivaled πŸ₯ΉπŸ–€ by @rae_ken
