Not the Birthday but THE Birthday Wish cause all I do is bring the blessings 🤣🐦‍🔥🧚🏼‍♂️🌺✨

Cheeeeeheeeee new chapters and new lessons ahead.
This year has been deeply expansive in creativity, trust and love and it’s all rooted in the ability to surrender.
•
From strengthening my relations with self and others to grounding down in nature. I continue to remain steadfast in my ability to adapt and grow. Each day teaches me something about myself and damn I love her so much.
•
It took immense courage and resilience to walk this path while holding the capacity for compassion, grace and patience.
•
This life, my life, is about finding the path back to love time and time again while bridging the gap between joy and grief cause baby two truths can exist!! Chaos forged me and yet love continues to forms me. The ability to rise, to shift and to sit in what may be uncomfortable and still choose love. To trust my hearts ability to discern and know the flow to follow.

Mahalo to those who bless my life, pour into my cup and put their prayers out for me. I am eternally grateful to each of you and love you dearly 🐦‍🔥♥️🌺

This week’s beautiful lei 😍 working with rose and ginger florals to create this double rose vibe and she is stunning. Each lei that comes into form is truly its own evolved being. The energy she carries vibrates the highest form of love and ooowiii we love to share the love baby.

In this kāpala inspired workshop, guests will enjoy a hands-on printmaking experience centered around hō‘ailona — symbolic impressions expressed through carved form and pattern.
•
Through carving and print, guests will translate their hō‘ailona into layered impressions on paper, tea towels, and tote bags — creating tactile works rooted in rhythm, texture, and intentional design.
•
As we continue to root into the experience, Impressions of Aloha will continue to refine and bloom. It is an honor to share the love I have for my ancestry, lineage and culture. Though I continue to learn I am grateful to flow between the contemporary and tradition. Mahalo for your love, continued support and for witnessing all that is becoming.

What a beautiful day in service with the @denmeditation and @lacdmh at Long Beach City College bringing awareness to mental health.
•
It is an honor work with others in this life to share an array of modalities that anchor us deeper into presence and allow these techniques to usher in stability, safety, creativity and expansion.
•
I have been and will always be an advocate for mental health though these days I do my best to be subtle and inviting in my practices.
•
I come from a deeply loving and caring family that navigates addictions, heavy judgements and mental health struggles that show its way in many forms. From areas of neglect, avoidance and inability to go deeper into truth because of the painful awareness while also being able to hold hard conversations when the time is needed. I truly believe everyone is doing their best for their family and loved one but may not always be able to do the best for themselves which causes the ripple of not being able to pour from a full cup.
•
In 2015 my dad passed from addiction that cause cirrhosis of the liver and finally a blood infection in his jaw that was caused from an unhealed crack to the jaw with blunt force. My younger brother shot and killed himself in 2018 and that forever changed the way I viewed suicide and depression. There are more private matters that have continue to unfold in our family as well that we navigate and honestly I know I’m not the only one.
•
I may not share as transparently as I used to because though it’s still tender and it’s not my current WHY, it’s my BECAUSE. My WHY will always be to set foundations and plant seeds for those that will come after me as well as those that came before me. The continued bridge and restructuring within each generation.
•
Creating JOY and keepin it authentic is my vibe. When working with me I hope to evoke curiosity that makes the big feelings seem less intimidating and become your own alchemist. Feeling is being reminded of the present and also that the present is just as temporary as the em-oceans.
•
Fanning the flames to your spark in becoming the next layer of you is what I’m all about. The heartwork is the hard work. Time to call that power back!! by @raer.vision

The deeper connection to our voice, the greater the expansion. Navigating each moment as they arrive.
Some days I don’t even know how it came to be other than putting one foot in-front of the other and trusting that a step will be laid on my path.
•
Each day I set a prayer and intention to the creator, my ancestors and benevolent beings to guide me in the ways that will elevate me and those around me for the greater good of humanity. Because I believe deeply in gridworking and being the electrical charge that amplifies others. #radiate 🌞 It does not mean it will be easy, never easy to endure.
•
Rephrasing and reclaiming “on the go” to “in the flow” 🌊 this year is already heating up, shifting and pulling at us to truly listen to our hearts, take action, take a leap and dive in.
•
I think my most toxic trait is also my most powerful one which requires BALANCE in mind, heart and spirit to keep the ego in check and that trait is AUDACITY 😂♥️ and you know what we love it here. This mind, this heart, this being that we are becoming… I love her.
•
