The news this week... I felt it deeply. I felt hopeless, and that hopelessness was stuck somewhere behind my ribcage where I couldn't reach it.

When I finally let it out, the sadness turned into anger. And anger creates action.

And I remembered: this is what RAGEher is for. Feeling it all, together. Witnessing and being witnessed. Being in community with other women and femmes feeling the rage and grief too. So that we move from hopelessness to connection and action.

So, I'm sharing this video of what past participants have said and what RAGEher is all about. Because I needed to remember why we've created this space.

If you’ve been telling yourself, “I don’t know if this is for me…” — this is your sign.
Imagine if you had a safe place to be "loud"? 🔊

Most women don’t come to RAGEher fearless.
They come curious. Slightly skeptical. A little tight in the chest.
You walk in thinking it’s going to be awkward.
You brace for small talk.

Because most spaces ask us to be smaller. Quieter. More agreeable. But not here. RAGEher asks you to be larger. We invite you to expand.

Your body is tired of pretending you’re "fine."
If you’ve been carrying years of “I’m fine” in your throat…

If you’ve been the strong one, the mature one, the composed one…
Maybe it’s time to stop watching from the sidelines.💪

Chicago, it’s your turn.
📍 Fri Oct 9 at 7pm: For all Women & Femmes.
📍 Sat Oct 10 at 12:30: Space holders+ Practitioners (The healers need a space, too).
📍Sat Oct 10 at 7pm: NEW! RAGEher for MOMS!

San Diego, we got you too.
📍 Sat Oct 24: For all Women & Femmes

Reserve your spot at link in bio.

Your next chance to rage is finally here💜

You’ve been holding a lot of shit together.
Your work. Your relationships. Your feelings. Your face when you’re actually pissed.

Come let some of it the fuck out.

RAGEher is a place to rage. To release. To move. To feel. To laugh. To make noise.

To be with other women and femmes carrying their own version of WHAT THE FUCK.

And this fall, we’re bringing that energy to Atlanta, Chicago, and San Diego.

📍 ATLANTA
@atlantagriefhouse
 For All Women + Femmes

📍 CHICAGO

📍 SAN DIEGO

And throughout these experiences, you’re not left to figure out what to do with all that intensity on your own.
Rage Doulas are there.

They’re trained space holders who help you stay connected to your body, your emotions, and your experience without trying to fix, diagnose, or manage you.

And if you want to help create the physical space itself, we’re also looking for Space Doulas for setup and takedown.

We’re offering 10 free tickets to volunteers who commit to helping build and break down the experience.

Find your city. Get your ticket. Or sign up to be a Space Doula. Link in bio.
 Come rage with us. 💜

I loved watching and reacting to this because there’s something happening underneath the words that I see again and again in our work with over 700 women.

A moment where you realize: wait… I actually don’t want to keep living like this.
That moment matters.

Not because you’ve suddenly figured everything out. Not because you need to blow up your life tomorrow. But because you’ve found a place where your no can finally point toward a yes.
More freedom.
More honesty.
More aliveness.
More of the life you actually want.

That’s one of the things I love about anger. It can show you where you’ve been over-accommodating, over-explaining, over-riding yourself — and then give you enough energy to move differently.

What’s something you’ve recently realized you don’t want to keep living with?
Follow along to see more of my reactions on this series :)

Most people will never f*cking do this work. This weekend, dozens of Chicago women did.

Here’s what I’m celebrating.

On Friday, 45 of you packed into a hot, crowded, heavy room and let your bodies feel it anyway.

On Saturday afternoon, a group of first-timers who usually live up in their heads let Tazima walk them all the way down into their hips.

And on Saturday evening, a room of mamas with nowhere to hide let themselves be seen, even when it felt like too much.

None of that looks big from the outside. Nobody flipped a table. And every one of those moments was a woman choosing her own body over staying small.

I won’t pretend it was all smooth, though. Friday was dense and intense. The state of the world was sitting heavy on everyone, and we had bodies pressed tight against bodies in a room built for letting things out.

We felt it, and we’re changing it for future events.

I’m telling you this because it’s the same thing we ask of you. Anger work is messy. It’s tender. It’s not linear. You notice what didn’t fit, you adjust, and you keep coming back. Friday’s room did exactly that.

So if you were with us, check in with yourself today. Where is it sitting in your body? Maybe it’s leftover tears, sore muscles, an emotional hangover, or the rubberband snap of “was it okay that I did that?” All of it makes sense. Nothing that moved this weekend was random. Your body knows what it’s doing.

Be gentle with it. Drink water. Stretch your hips. Take the salt bath, get the sleep, have a good movie cry. Hug a stuffie (mine is an alien amoeba axolotl named Gregory, and he’s working overtime this week).

Then come back here and drop your win in the comments. 👇🏻The tiny one counts the most.

Our team is tuckered out and so proud of you.

You already know.

Women are watching women die because they couldn’t access abortion care.
Watching sexual violence get minimized, buried, or ignored.
Watching racism and ableism continue to shape whose lives get protected and whose don’t.
Watching men cause real harm and still somehow being asked to make ourselves more palatable, more understanding, more regulated.

And then we’re supposed to go home and be fine.

Fuck that.

Our anger belongs here.

In our bodies. In our voices. In rooms full of women who don’t need us to explain why we’re furious.

This is what RAGEher is for.

Because we refuse to keep swallowing everything.

And from that place, we can decide what comes next.

We’re just 2 days away from the final RAGEher events of the year.

Friday and Saturday THIS WEEK, we let it all out in Chicago. And on October 24 in San Diego.

Bring your rage. Bring your grief. Bring the part of you that is fucking done.

Come rage with us. ❤️‍🔥 Get your last minute tickets in our bio 🔥

Meet Your Rage Doulas!

These are your emotional anchors. Your sacred space-holders.

They’re here to hold you in your anger, grief, overwhelm, and “WTF is happening” moments.

Together, they have tens of thousands of hours of training in somatics, coaching, psychology, and trauma-informed care.

They’ve done this work in their own bodies, in their own lives — and now, they’re showing up for you.

Whether you’re screaming from your soul, tantruming like a 3-year-old, sobbing out grief, or or shaking loose the weight of the world — they’re trained to make sure you feel safe, seen, and sovereign.

And they give the best damn hugs.

For realz.

They’re ready.
Are you?

We're no longer waiting for permission to be furious!!

That anger and rage you feel at the world and the rigged systems? It needs an ecosystem built to hold it—not another argument about who gets it and who doesn't.

Somewhere it can be felt, expressed, moved through.

And we made a place for it.

Friday and Saturday THIS WEEK, we let it all out in Chicago. And on October 24 in San Diego. It’s your last chance this year.

Bring whatever you've been carrying. Walk out 10 pounds lighter & fierce as f*ck!

📢 Chicago women... if you've been carrying a lot lately (emotionally, mentally, or in your body), RAGEher is happening this weekend at Hairpin Arts Center in Logan Square.

I'll be working the Friday night event for all women + femmes, and attending Saturday night's moms event as a participant. These spaces are powerful -- they're about releasing what we've been holding, moving through anger in a healthy way, and reconnecting with ourselves in community 🔥

If you've been craving a space to move, feel, and be witnessed, come join me. Sliding‑scale tickets are available at rageher.com.
