Drove 115 miles today to make it all happen! Super proud of these kids year in and year out. I’ve got the best job in the world and feel blessed to celebrate these athletes as they sign their NLIs to continue their academic and athletic careers. Help me congratulate them on taking the next step in their journey!

Summer, Year 9.

Every year just keeps getting better.

We’re definitely missing a lot of people in this picture, but thank you to every athlete and family who made this summer so special. Thank you for showing up every day, bringing the energy, trusting the process, and making this one of the best summers we’ve ever had.

We hope to see all of you back this fall and winter as we continue to get better together.

Enjoy your last weekend before school starts—we’ll see you soon!

’Twas the night before summer, and all through the house, athletes were dreaming of PRs, bigger jumps, faster times, and better seasons ahead.

Tomorrow begins another summer at DST.

A summer filled with good days, hard days, victories, setbacks, and everything in between. Because that’s what growth looks like.

The numbers and testing results are important, but they’re only part of the story. The real reward is getting to watch young athletes mature into confident, disciplined people who learn how to chase something bigger than themselves.

For nine years, that’s been the greatest part of this job.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of the process.

See you tomorrow. by @rahenry18

Big shout out to @the_alyssadenham22 on a great off-season. Was a pleasure to have the opportunity to train such a high level athlete. Coming back from your injury and to see you grind is extremely inspiring. Can’t wait to watch you on the field as you return to the sport you love!
