Truth is IM TIED! But I won’t ever give up on the life I know is waiting for me, and you shouldn’t either.

I will never… and I mean NEVER get tired of telling the story of how I truly found Jesus.

At 14, I swallowed exactly 30 pills and made peace with the grief I would leave behind in my absence because there was an unbearable — unshakable ache in my soul absolutely nothing could fill. More pain than a child should ever carry.

It wasn’t some temperamental phase I was experiencing, it was a true chronic pain that wasn’t being addressed like the cancer it was. I had been silently self harming for YEARS to expel the pain from my insides out.

After becoming angry that death just wouldn’t find me, my mother did what she knew best and introduced me to therapy! Therapy was the bandaid so I didn’t bleed to death. But a friend invited me to a church camp for a weekend where I encountered Jesus, and he resuscitated my soul!!!

I remember his warm and kindness meeting my rage and sadness like a flood smothering a flame. I was raised in church, sang the songs, knew the bible stories but realized very quickly I had yet to encounter the presence of the King.

The peace of his presence was the kind of comfort that broke me into a million pieces all at once, it was like he understand the pain behind each tear shed — then and now. Someone finally heard my cry, and could actually do something to ease my pain!

When he dried my tears, he introduced me to his spirit and I received the gift of heavenly language. Authority rushed through me, and it was the most uncomfortable yet enamoring experience of my life— to date!!! I later got baptized that weekend. I knew then, I would live the rest of my life honoring him.

While I got relief from the constant pain, I did not get fully delivered from the bondage of chronic depression until I was about 24, believe it or not. But that’s a story for another day.

I pray my testimony blesses anyone who is ready to quit because the pain is so loud and unbearable. I dare you to surrender fully to Jesus and understand it’s just the starting point of your beautiful story together of his strength being made perfect in your weakness 🦋

Building the plane while flying, is equal parts nerve wrecking and exhilarating.

But somehow we keep getting in the plane and everyday it’s held together by grace & devotion to excellence.

I build the systems, they execute them, and we iterate as many times as it takes to get exceptional health care for every patient.

What an incredible day spent learning, connecting, and growing in our community.

Anytime we’re invited to the health & wellness summit in Haines City we are front and center! This beautiful day brought industry experts, a farmers market, trap cardio & more right to the communities doorsteps.

We hope that as this event grows it continues to reach each person it’s intended to and that the people holding it up never give up!

Breast cancer is one of the most preventable cancers & these ladies made sure those impacted in our community don’t fight alone.

I met @tampagirliesfitnessandvibes right before surgery and had the opportunity to pray over her and speak life into a moment of uncertainty.
