What an incredible day spent learning, connecting, and growing in our community.

Anytime we’re invited to the health & wellness summit in Haines City we are front and center! This beautiful day brought industry experts, a farmers market, trap cardio & more right to the communities doorsteps.

We hope that as this event grows it continues to reach each person it’s intended to and that the people holding it up never give up!

FITNESS MEETS THE FIGHT FAMILY!!!

This weekend was pure magic and it’s all because of YOU. 💗✨

Seeing so many shades of pink and diverse, beautiful faces show up to support both breast cancer awareness and my personal journey left me completely speechless and touched.

I haven’t had the chance to post because this community has been holding me down—flooding me with incredible content, beautiful memories and the sweetest messages. I am so deeply appreciative.

Thank you all for letting me create a space where we could be open, vulnerable and connected.

Breast Cancer touches many lives unexpectedly and it is like getting a death sentence but you do not have to go at it alone! I encourage you to listen to your bodies especially the under 40 who do not get access to mammograms for early detection and advocate for your health. We are often not listened to by healthcare professionals, so do what is right for you!

A massive thank you to my amazing DJ, host, instructors, speakers, vendors staff and sponsor @blackgirlvitamins for bringing the energy and making it all happen.

We took the leap, we shared our truth and the love came pouring back. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🙏🏽💕
