Part 3 Sourdough bread making. It’s not a quick process but so satisfying at the end 🥰😍

Bread recipe:
330gr of warm filtered water
100gr of starter
Mix together
Add:
500gr of flour (I used bread flour)
Mix until it all comes together.
Cover & let sit for 1 hour

After 1 hour
Add:
10gr of salt
Kneed into dough & start your first
Stretch & fold.
Stretch & fold 4 times (for each side)
Cover & let sit for 30 mins
Repeat this 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds.
Bulk ferment for 4 to 8 hrs:?
This will depend on YOUR kitchen & climate. Obviously bread needs warm environments to rise. Some will happens faster & some slower.
This is where your nice sour flavour comes from.
So keep checking on it until dough doubles, looks shiny & smooth & doesn’t stick to your finger.
This is more a visual from experience then what you can learn through instruction.
Then you want to form into loaf. The more you push & pull on your dough ball this builds resistance & a nice crust.
Then cover & put in fridge over night 12-24hrs to cold ferment.

Part 2 of Making Sourdough Bread.
4 stretch & folds: This process is to develop the gluten in the dough & incorporate air, without the need for extensive kneading.
Then on to bulk fermenting. Which is where you develop the flavour & texture of your bread.
