FROM AN IDEA SHARED AT MEETY FRIDAY… TO AN INDUSTRY DISRUPTER WITH ITS VERY OWN CHANNEL! 📺✨

This is one of those full-circle Glow Club moments that makes me proud.

Our OG Glow Club member @duffysclaire first told us about her idea for Glasgow Telly Fest (@glasgowtellyfest ) at one of our Meety Fridays.

Back then, it was an idea. A vision. Something Claire could see the potential for and wanted to bring to life.

Fast forward to now and Glasgow Telly Fest has launched its very own channel, giving audiences the chance to watch original pilots and get behind the shows they want to see more of. 📺

And last night, we got to celebrate Claire and this latest HUGE milestone at our Meety Friday event. 🥂

But that’s what I love about these events. We weren’t just celebrating Claire’s wins - we were celebrating the wins, growth, brave decisions, new beginnings and progress of all the brilliant members who joined us.

There’s a magic to Meety Friday.

It’s a chance to stop doing for a minute and actually recognise how far we’ve come, while surrounded by women who genuinely want to see one another win.

And now that we’re hosting these events (which happen twice per month exclusively for our members) in our very own venue, there’s something even more special about it.

Because who knows? One of the ideas being chatted about in that room right now could be the thing we’re all raising a glass to a few years from now. 🥹

Just like Claire did all those years ago at Meety Friday.

Here’s to the ideas, the action and having a community around you cheering like mad when it all starts coming together. 🥂✨

I took this picture a week ago while getting ready for work…. I’ve looked at it many times thought about posting then changed my mind every time…. But…. This photo says so much to me!!! And I bet what I feel helps or resonates with someone else….

🖤 It’s not always easy but it’s always worth it!
🖤 Life will get in the way, that’s okay!
🖤 Every day is a new day to try again, heck every moment is a new moment to try again!
🖤 This picture encompasses so much more then how I look, it’s a whole moment that I looked in the mirror and said wow look how far I’ve come!
🖤 As an aging woman, I’m reminded how powerful I can be even when it’s hard!
🖤 I feel stronger than I have in a long time, taking care of myself has been a priority this year and it’s been worth it despite loosing some relationships along the way!
🖤 I will not be modest about the changes I’ve made, the supports I’ve gotten, and pass it off as NOTHING, because it is HUGE in my eyes, if not yours that’s okay but I know the journey my life has been on and where I am today matters!
🖤 This is just the middle of a story that has neither just begun or come to an end, it’s just another chapter written for me to learn and grow from!

2026 has been a year, but…. I’ve consistently put myself first, work life balance has become better and sometimes that means taking a step back and looking from the outside in!

January 1 I started walking daily outside no matter the weather, the sickness, the exhaustion, or the million times I try to talk myself out of it, it’s benefitted me in more ways then I can explain! March I started working out 3 times a week and dropped down to twice a week for summer, I started a GLP1 in March as well which has been a game changer for me! I’ve consistently had therapy once or twice a month, done massages once or twice a month, gone on two vacations, followed the @ginalivy method consistently some days better then others but I’m still here learning and growing! I’ve got 4 months left in 2026 and it’s about to be our busy season but…I will make time for trailer life, podcasts, walking, working out, and more becau

When you find your people 💛

For so much of my life I managed on my own, or should I say I felt alone. I joined the mom groups and the business groups but i was afraid to share how I really felt, what was going on below the surface and all the things that I struggled with.

The real conversations, like…my life is a shit show and I don’t know what do to kind of conversations. I didn’t need a to do list or someone to fix me, I just needed to know I wasn’t alone, and If there was some great advice, that was a bonus!

We need community and that’s why I love ours 💛
