So incredibly proud, humbled, happy and blessed to have so many amazing people I get to work with who literally make dreams come true every day.

It's never easy, there is so much pressure, and there is so much hard work that goes into it... But my god it is fun to do what we do.

Thank you to everyone at @vuedemonde. I'm so proud of you all! by @rajixbabu

My favourite thing about this is when I got to tell my mum.

Because I knew she was proud of me. I really love my mum - and making her proud is super important to me.

But really, as gratuitous and seemingly self-serving this post is...

This isn't about me.

It is about all of the truly amazing people I get to work with.

Thanks @hugosimoessantos for taking a chance on me! Thanks for teaching me, thanks for being patient with me, thanks for always being there for me. You are one of my best friends and also you are the one who I think deserves all the recognition. I wouldn't be where I am as a man or as a professional without you. I probably also wouldn't have a job either. 😂 You are literally the MVP.

Merci beaucoup Dorian for being a steadfast and unwavering beacon of hospitality, and showing me how to do it. He's not the just the best sommelier I know but also one of the best hospitality professionals I could think of (also go subscribe to @ms_wineclub).

Cheers @hughsallen for being the hands-down best chef I've ever worked with. Absolute legend who I know is on his way to take the world by storm...

I want to thank EVERYONE at Vue de monde for delivering such an epic experience to every guest that dines with us. The chefs, FOH, sommeliers, hosts, KPs... EVERYONE!!!

I can't believe every person is completely laser-focused on one thing: taking care of all of our guests with the utmost care - and then we make all the other one million things that we have to do work as well.

It's magic, every night!

Every service when the restaurant is fully seated and I look around, I am just gobsmacked that this insane beast is firing on all cylinders, with a room full of love and happiness and fun. It is truly beautiful.

I'm so happy, so stoked, so humbled.

I'm not worthy of this accolade alone - everyone at Vue de monde deserves it together.

Here's to all the legends on level 55 who contribute to all the magic.

I love you all!!!

A huge congratulations to all the absolute legends I get to work with every day at @vuedemonde.

We don't do it for the accolades, we do it for the love...

But it is nice to be recognised for all the passion and energy that goes into every service.
