@jamesrsm1th set a huge PB of 73.53 for 5th place at yesterday’s Busselton Runners Club Bay Run half marathon. 🏃‍♂️👏

@teamsmithie took out the win for the half marathon in a seasons best of 69.31.

I’m Karlos Aquino, Filipino-Australian runner based in Perth, WA.

This is my running coach account - a space to share my knowledge and passion for running, and to help athletes get better at what they love which is running.

I’m a seasoned runner with a strong focus on the marathon (though the half marathon is probably my best event)

🥉 at @perthcitytosurf 12K

Ran my 5k road pb and equalled my 10K road pb from April on this race. More than 2-minute improvement on my previous time on this hilly course. Will be unleashing my vision towards the next big race with @2nu.vision 🕶️

The @ramsrunning effect is making dividends. We keep stacking bricks.

Official Announcement 📢

Although @dylanbailey446 has already been in the role for almost 3 years, he is the Rams assistant coach. His role includes data monitoring, logistical planning and training oversight.
