I don’t know what is in the horoscope right now but everyone I know is working they’re 🍑 off this week! My life has been no exception & it definitely has given me the opportunity to practice what I preach when it comes to being comfortable with navigating the uncomfortable.
I posted this story earlier in the week and I wanted to save it on the timeline because I think it’s important to continually discuss what it feels like to progress. It’s not always linear. It can definitely be moments of 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Let us continue to give ourselves gratitude and love when experiencing growth & all the uncomfortable feelings that can come along with that success! Be kind to yourselves and you’ll find it easier to be kind to others as they navigate their journey.
Love you!! by @raneirpollard

This summer was EVERYTHING! And I did everything but put a shirt on…. I do need to contact Guinness Book of World Records to see if “Most time spent in a speedo” is up for grabs

Presented in no particular order:
From Amsterdam, to Palm Springs to Fire Island to London to Burning Man & to the many parties I’ve loved out here in LA.

You may have heard the saying: “living in the past is depression, living in the future is anxiety, but living in the now is peace. That’s why they call it the present.”
This video is my advice on what I believe are the best tools to allow ourselves to live in the now.

Life is al about riding fine lines and the line that exist between curiosity and judgment can be hard to walk. I think it’s important to maintain the intention of walking on the side of curiosity when exploring the things you do not relate to, without crossing that line into judgment. Nuance is everything and taking the time to find that nuance is an act of love.
