1,502,110 points. 2,947 workouts. 188 badges. 187 consecutive weeks. And so much more than numbers. 🥊💪💙

When I first started working out with Supernatural in March 2023, I had no idea how much it would change my life.

Boxing and Flow workouts have quite literally helped save me. Somewhere along the way, exercise stopped being something I felt like I should do and became something I genuinely look forward to. Time I make for myself. Time to clear my head, work through stress, feel stronger and sometimes just punch the heck out of a really bad day. 😂

When Meta announced the end of Supernatural as we knew it, I was devastated. This app had become such an important part of my life. Thankfully, the workout library remained available, and I kept showing up.

But TODAY?! The coaches behind the magic launched a new version of Supernatural in early release, and I am ridiculously excited to be a founding member! 🎉

I'm so grateful to the coaches, the music, the community and everyone who has helped make this experience so special. You've helped me build a habit of showing up for myself, even on the hard days.

Here's to new beginnings, more sweat, more questionable dance moves during Flow workouts and a whole lot more boxing. 🥊

Ready to sweat! 💦💙

Went to LA’s Ginger Rogers gay beach solo. Didn’t end up that way 😂

Two months ago I moved from London to America.

People keep telling me that travelling alone is brave. It doesn’t always feel brave, but I thought I’d start sharing a little more of the journey, in case it inspires someone else to start their own solo adventure 😊

I’m so proud of myself today. This feels like a BIG accomplishment.

It’s been almost two years since I put on my Supernatural headset. After a car accident, neck surgery, more than a year of recovery, and then breast cancer, surgery, radiation and treatment, working out had to take a back seat.

My oncologist finally gave me the all-clear to work out, and I was so excited to get back to Supernatural. But I was nervous too. Would my neck hurt? Would I still be able to do the Flow movements after breast cancer surgery?

I did it. And it felt like coming home. I’ve missed this SO much. I’m so happy to be back. @getsupernatural @leannepedante @markpulse @raneirpollard @thekillers @onecoachdoc @dwanaolsen @mindylai22 #workout #cancersucks #supernatural #warrior #survivor

I tend to want to do things in exactly the way I want to do them, and anything less is unacceptable! I want to be able to have a dedicated block of time for @getsupernatural , but with this running program, I can’t… So…. I fit it in where I could! 15-ish minutes left after my run was enough time to do a little somethin’ somethin’ at least! #getsupernatural #zombiesrun #run #flow
