Visited the Roman Forum (Forum Romanum) today. What a sight!
Did you know that the Roman Forum was in use for about 1400 years (800BC-600AD) and is now surrounded by the ruins of several important ancient government buildings at the center of the cite of Rome?

HAI VAN PASS 🇻🇳
.
The motorbike tour from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi also took us through the Hai Van Pass between Hoi An and Hue. It felt like one of the hottest days so far, but the sight on all of the viewpoints was priceless. Bear and I had a blast 😂

B2RUN 2021

Another great experience being on the road with the Atupri Health Box and the team of @uniksports. This year we were able to expand the Health Box with a series of Fitness Challenges. Was also a big pleasure to start working with @evenjoag. Thank you guys!

Happy 3-year anniversary of living abroad in HAMBURG ⚓️🇩🇪

Yes, it’s already been three years since I left Switzerland and moved to Hamburg for a new chapter of my life.

It was by no means an easy decision, but looking back, it was one of the decisions that made me grow the most.

Three years of new experiences, unexpected turns, incredible opportunities, challenges, friendships, and plenty of moments that I wouldn’t want to miss. A true rollercoaster in the best possible way.

Grateful for everything this chapter has brought me so far - and especially for everyone who has been part of it, whether close by or miles away. ❤️

Here is to discovering new pages of this ongoing chapter.

CAPE OF GOOD HOPE 🇿🇦
.
CAPE TOWN - SOUTH AFRICA
.
Spent Easter weekend in South Africa together with the team from HYROX, supporting the local crew during their event at the CTICC.

The first Easter away from home, but spending it with fresh ocean air, mountain roads, and some of the most unreal landscapes I’ve ever seen.

From Chapman’s Peak Drive to the cliffs at Cape of Good Hope, this trip was a reminder of how special it is to experience the world through work, sport, and the people around you.

Grateful for the team, the experience, and a destination that exceeded every expectation.

Great and productive day with the HAMs at the HYROX AREA MANAGER SUMMIT in Hamburg.

Let the Hyrox Season 2022/23 start with a big bang in Basel on September 10th. Will you also be there?
