Throwback to the Plumpton College Butchery Showcase and our Raps UK demo.

There’s one thing for certain, leave us two together for too long and shenanigans will ensue!

Can’t wait for more demos and trade shows with the gang 💫

🌿 GYROS CHICKEN KING KEBAB 🌿

Back on the block the last couple of days after a weekend in Stuttgart at European Butcher Wars 🔪

We’re in full swing getting ready for World Butcher Wars Sydney in a few weeks! 🌍

Easy getting inspired by the flavours and colours of @raps_uk, this Gyros marinade is a favourite, and goes exceptionally well on these King Kebabs 👑

Smokey Chipotle Truffles: Peppercorn sauce, spring and crust onion, cheese crisps and thyme to garnish 💫

Dropping this cheeky little product post from the Luxembourg border as myself, my partner in crime @butcherringrose and @ringrosephoto cross into the fifth country of the day onboard the Banter-Bus 🚌💨

Very much looking forward to the weekend with the best of friends the butcher family and some serious competition 🇬🇧🔪🇩🇪

As promised: shapes were thrown at the @plumptoncollege Butchery Showcase 2026. 🕺🔪
The @raps_uk demo was a hit, brought the usual chaos you can expect 🫡😂

Smokey Chipotle Truffles 🌶️
Hot Honey & Harissa Taco Boats 🍯🏳️
(Done 2 ways 😉)

Two brilliant marinades that were a joy to show off and talk about. 🔥

And of course the BANGER that is Hot Honey Sauce, which should just be on everything 😤

As always a pleasure to do it with @butchertindale 🫶

Bringing a little Monday motivation with these Hot Honey & Feta Chicken Taco Boats. Battered chicken strips, @raps_uk Hot Honey, diced feta and spring onion.

Shamelessly inspired by: @butchery_by_ebony 💫
