Now the dust has settled, I can look at Czech Butcher Wars as a fantastic experience 🇨🇿🙌

From travelling nearly 2000 miles in the space of a week 🚗
A day out in the beautiful Prague with @fandaksana and @ambiente_restaurants 🥩
Getting to compete against some amazing people at @pilsnerurquell.brewery 🍺
To a lovely day with @salamista.cz and his family at their home 🏠🫶

It was a wild one 🤯

Although the competition didn’t go my way, and I was disappointed not to place with what I felt was a very strong display for the competition, it doesn’t dull the sparkle of an incredible week. ✨

I am incredibly lucky to be able to do what I do, to have a brilliant support network, particularly @sometimes_leo, always backing me up ❤️

This finishes off the 2026 season. Although maybe not as successful as I thought and hoped, it’s been an amazing year of experiences at and away from the block 🔪

Incredibly proud and inspired by the butcher brother @butchertindale, always smashing it, and always doing so with a good heart 🫶

We go again next year 💪🔥🥩🔪

Throwback to the Plumpton College Butchery Showcase and our Raps UK demo.

There’s one thing for certain, leave us two together for too long and shenanigans will ensue!

Can’t wait for more demos and trade shows with the gang 💫

🔥☀️Evening all! ☀️🔥
Coming in HOT like this never ending sodding heatwave with these beauties.
Inspired by @butcherringrose ‘s previous post, I thought I’d add a touch of Westy’s wizardry to the mix. 🪄
.
I’ve used @leonardsuk gluten free Teriyaki burger mix for my base, AND their sweet chilli & lime coater for the pop ‘n” crunch.
.
Chopped shittake mushrooms, and spring onions with a generous glug of @raps_uk ‘s Teriyaki sauce as a filling.
.
Miso-mayo drizzle, rice cracker and dehydrated lime to garnish.
.
DELISH 🤤.
.
Two things I have learnt…
1: Dehydrating Limes & Lemons take AGGGEEES ( 6 hours in the ninja)
2: Buy a dressing bottle with the three holes in the top, it’s a game changer 🤣.
.
Have a great weekend all. Big love.

Beef Truffle with @raps_uk Teryaki Sauce, Spring Onion & Red Chilli.

Easy to make, packs a punch of flavour, and looks good in the counter. That’s all you need 😉🔥

Having a lot of fun with the @raps_uk Sauces at the minute. More to come 😏

How summer nights should be spent ☀️

Was a pleasure to cater this wedding last week. BBQ platters for all the guests, and the theatre to boot 😏

Excited to be back cooking again in the British Open Freestyle BBQ Competiton at @smokeandfirefestival this weekend with the @theburntchefproject crew 🖤

Another counter video I know😂. Proud of this one. Doing something a bit different with the amphitheater in the middle to give a bit of a focus.
