Won one, lost one. That has been the outcome of every Master's. What is different is my self- regulation. Nerves and breathing on the mat were far less chaotic. I failed a td and spent the rest of the time patiently working out of uncomfortable situations. Thank you as always @darlased for being a calm voice in a room full of maniacs. by @rassified

Get your nails right ya'll, @ibjjf does not play.....Win some, lose some, and I did just that. Learned so much, especially what my body does under stress. Going forward its learning how to focus under that pressure, win or lose. by @rassified
