The 2025 harvest continues with this Saturday morning Cabernet Franc punch down—one of many per day to submerge the cap of skins for its tannins and flavors and to oxygenate the yeast for fermentation. You’ll have to wait for this wine but our 2023 is for tasting and purchasing at both the Geneva and Keuka Lake tasting rooms.
