Events from provincials.
1 - Duck walk to power stairs: goal was to finish without any low back tweaks or injuries. Mission accomplished.
2 - truck push to pull: never trained this event once cause don’t have equipment. Happy with the finish under 60 seconds.
3 - 280lb log C&P to 190lb CDB: only 2/5 athletes got a rep on the log and I was the only athlete to get a rep on the CDB. Really happy with how this even went.
4 - frame to deadlift: head to head with @ericzurloff which definitely gave me an extra push. Razor close finish and I can see where I lost time. Happy with my performance here in any case.
5 - 400lb husafel: wife was in the bathroom so no vid. Got ~29ft with it I think? Eric beat me by a foot of course. Benefit of placing high so you can go last in events. Another fun battle with Eric.

Since starting to work on SI joint and building proximal strength I’ve had a ton of pelvic floor rehab videos come through my feed. I ain’t kiddin ya - those pelvic floor PTs know what they’re talkin about.
