First solo festival at Truck. At 58! Came for CMAT, who was amazing, but saw loads of brilliant music… The Maccabees, Etta Marcus, Everything Everything, Getdown Services, even The Libertines (who I never really got until yesterday). And had the best camping neighbours Lydia and Danny.
May not be quite as hardcore as the ‘90s (avo and poached egg - not beer - for breakfast and in bed by midnight) but no heinous hangovers and had so much fun! by @raycharlis2

Loved watching the #labourlandslide with the Gilchrists. Big thanks to @caroline.cheshchrist and @thestephenevens who dished up fine wines, an amazing Kier Korma and Starmer Pakoras, as well as endless election bantz. Quote of the evening goes to @cud68, though: ‘Can you do Deliveroo on a Penny Farthing?’ 🎩🥡😂 by @raycharlis2
