Looking back at another insane year with so many changes😮‍💨
This year was a big one for me. I got a new, dream job, I started a business, I moved to yet another state, made some new friends, and learned a lot of lessons. I spent my 20s waiting for my life to finally fall into place, getting knocked down just to get up and start all over again. Like a lot of people, I was disappointed I didn’t have it all figured out, hoping maybe next year I’ll finally get it together. But it took me too long to realize, no one has it all together. I’ll continue making mistakes, and learning from them, I’ll keep getting knocked down, and I’ll get back up each time, because that’s just life, whether you’re 20, 30, 40, 80, you’re always learning and growing. While this isn’t the life I envisioned for myself at 31, I’m pretty damn proud of all that I’ve overcome, and will continue to overcome. I’m proud of the life I’ve created for myself, and the friends I’ve made and let go of. I’m proud of doing scary things that I never thought I could do. I’m proud for standing up for myself, and not letting bad days/ weeks/ months, define me. While I’m proud of how far I’ve come myself, I couldn’t have made it without some pretty amazing people. Like always, if you aren’t tagged, it’s not because I don’t love you, it took hours to cut down thousands of photos to just 20.
