365 days, countless memories, and a thousand reasons to be grateful. 🥂

One year in İstanbul. Here’s to the journey, the growth, and everything still to come. 🇹🇷✨

It’s crazy how time flies! One year ago, I packed my bags, stepped beyond the familiar and embraced the opportunity to experience life in Türkiye. 🇹🇷

365 days later, Türkiye has given me more than I could have imagined. New friendships, unforgettable experiences, unexpected challenges, countless lessons and a whole lot of personal growth.

From learning a new language to finding my feet in a completely different culture, it hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth it.

Here’s to the places I’ve been, the people I’ve met, the memories I’ve made and everything still to come.

One year. One country. Countless memories. 🥂❤️

İyi ki gelmişim! 🇹🇷✨

Jamaica is surrounded by water. So why do we treat our coastline like it belongs to somebody else?

Last year, 7,986 volunteers took part in Jamaica’s International Coastal Cleanup activities, removing 77,090 pounds of waste across all 14 parishes. That is thousands of people showing up to clean up a problem they didn't create alone.

But here’s the uncomfortable part:
A beach cleanup can remove the waste. It cannot, by itself, stop the waste from being produced. Plastic bottles. Food packaging. Disposable containers. The things we throw “away” still have somewhere to go.

There is no away.

So today, we clean what we can.
But we also ask harder questions about what we consume, what we discard, and what happens after we stop seeing it. Because protecting Jamaica’s coastline isn’t just about keeping the beach clean, it’s about changing our relationship with the place we call home.

Jamaica is surrounded by water. Act like it. 🌊🌿

Out of many, one people. 🇯🇲

From the hills to the coastline, from our music to our spirit, Jamaica has always been more than just an island…more than just my home….it’s a symbol of resilience, excellence, culture, and pride.

Today, I celebrate the land that raised me, the people who inspire me, and the black, green, and gold that I wear with honour wherever I go.

No matter where in the world I am, Jamaica will always be home.

Happy 64th Independence, Jamaica.
One love. One people. One Jamaica. ❤️💛💚🖤

POV: You came for the photos… but left with 5,000 years of perspective.

There are moments in life when history stops being something you read about… and becomes something you feel.

Walking through the Grand Egyptian Museum was one of those moments. Standing beneath Ramses II, seeing the incredible treasures of Tutankhamun, and being surrounded by thousands of years of history was both humbling and unforgettable.

Some places leave you with photos.

Egypt leaves you with perspective.

History isn’t buried here. It still breathes. 🇪🇬✨

The magic of Cairo isn’t only found in its monuments, sometimes it’s hidden in the warm light of a quiet evening. 🌙✨🇪🇬
