LIFE UPDATE!!!

in a time when i felt my life was uncertain and totally off course, God showed me i was right where i needed to be! i’ve spent the last month in LAW SCHOOL at my beloved @universityofga. me 6 months ago could not have dreamed nor expected this. i’m the proudest double dawg there ever was!! here’s to 3 more years❤️🐾 taken in University of Georgia by @raynajcarter

today marks the day i met you four years ago. we were newly graduated high school seniors at a bridge program and we spent the summer talking about everything from books to american history. we entered college as friends and left as lovers. now we are graduated again and at the parallel to the time we met, and i am so grateful to have you as my best friend. as my springboard for ideas, my road trip buddy, and my adventurer, always ready with a “we should do this”. thank you for keeping me smiling, for listening to my ted talks, and hyping me up. i love you, and i can’t wait to keep doing life with you! taken in University of Georgia by @raynajcarter

i wanted to be an aka ♡

im so grateful to have become a woman of the Exquisite Eta Xi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. during my time at uga. some of my sweetest friendships were formed here, and it’s been incredible to be closer to so many beautiful, ambitious black women! it was an honor to serve as secretary of the National Pan-Hellenic Council and i can’t wait to keep serving ALL mankind🩷

in 9 days, i will graduate from the university of georgia with 3 degrees, 1 minor, 4 years of beautiful memories, and a thousand impactful moments that will forever shape me. words could never be big enough for this moment. all i can say is thank you, uga ♥️🐾

21 countries in 21 years!!

if you know me, you know that traveling is when i feel most fulfilled. my frolicking (and interning!) in ireland for 8 weeks was simply incredible. being there over the summer meant hitting a milestone—i’ve travelled to 21 countries throughout my life.

i’m so grateful to have found myself smiling all across the world, so i wanted to share some photos of that! here’s to many many more adventures (and hopefully a trip to south america🤞🏾)
