I said I wasn’t racing anymore in 2026….

BUT yall now can catch me at @hyroxamerica Tampa racing open women’s solo on October 22nd! 😛

Most people don’t know that I was supposed to race solo in DC, but I chalked my solo race to have the opportunity to race doubles for the first time with @___munchkinn_ 😮‍💨 and we SNAPPED!

While I was happy for the new experience, part of me was a little sad to not be able to see what I could do solo. HUGEEEE shoutout to @paulredfordjr for blessing me with the opportunity to pull up and crush my NYC time 🫡

What’s even better is that I get to race back to back days with the love of my life 🥹🤞🏾 @factormeals gifted him tickets for his birthday! My fourth Hyrox, his first celebrating his 30th is finna be a MOVIE 😛

What seems so simple, really means so much. Being someone who has struggled with self image and body dysmorphia. I don’t always love what I see in the mirror.

For years I used to utilize makeup as a bandaid for the deeply rooted insecurities that I held about myself. I always thought that was the “prettier, better” version of the regular me.

To be in a relationship now where my “regular” is “pretty”, really does heal areas of my heart I don’t often speak on. I don’t always have anything to say because I’m still working on receiving all the genuine love. But I’m grateful @raynwmn never ceases to make me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world 🥹 by @raynwmn
