Marathoner ✅🏃🏽‍♀️

The impossible has a insane way of becoming reality - one faithful step at a time

This past week I ran an ultramarathon relay with my amazing teammates @thebadiasafa @john_q28 and together we completed 71.25 miles at @loopylooperultras.

Somehow I was found it in me to run 27 miles! 🤯

There is something about running beyond the point where your body begs you to stop. Somewhere in the pain, the doubts, and the exhaustion, you realize you still have more to give. You discover that your mind is SO STRONG and your body is capable of more than you ever imagined. And with Christ, you unlock a strength that isn’t your own. He meets you in your weakness and carries you farther than you could have gone alone.

This finish line wasn’t crossed alone. It was built on every encouraging word and every person who kept me moving. I am beyond grateful for my family who showed up, cheered the loudest, and reminded me I was never running alone. I am so blessed to have people who continually believe in me and push me toward the finish line. Definitely felt a little loopy by the end but I think that’s the whole point. So here’s to doing many more crazy things 🥂

What a blessing it is to be able to move and especially to do so with community 🤍 Huge thank you to @iamdelilahdee of @movementwithdelilah for inviting me to come out and lead the HIIT portion of the Built Different Fitness Day Party ⚡️

I was especially grateful for all of my people who showed up and showed up despite the heat 🤞🏾 only God knows how much it poured into my cup to see each and every single one of them!

Top athletes like LeBron James swear by this machine, but have you guys ever heard of @versaclimber before?

It is a full body vertical climbing cardio machine that not allow allows you to quickly improve your cardiovascular system but also your muscular endurance. It has allowed me to greatly improve my aerobic conditioning without having to add in the additional impact of more running.

Because the classes are mostly interval based, it allows you to easily incorporate aerobic base training, threshold work, VO2Max intervals, and sprint intervals all in one workout.

As a hybrid athlete if there’s one cardio machine that I had to stamp — it would be @versaclimber and it would ALWAYS be @hilohousefitness

First ever Broad Street Run 🏃🏽‍♀️
If you told me 6months ago that I would be running, yet alone running 10 MILES I’d probably laugh out loud. But here we are doing it and this is something I am truly so proud and grateful to have accomplished. It’s amazing to see what your body can do when you set your mind to it.

Even more blessed because I’m surrounded by the strongest, most supportive and loving people from the Lord who never fail to show up for me♥️

7 months ago I said “I don’t run. I’m not a runner. I’ll never run.” Today, I ran 10 miles without stopping 6 mins under my goal time for a time of 1:39:27 🤍

The amount of pride that I have for myself is so immense. To set my mind on something that once felt impossible — and exceed my own limits — is nothing short of mind blowing!

I haven’t fell in love with running because it’s a part of my Hyrox journey or even because I enjoy it quite yet. I fell in love with running because of the people.

The running community is top tier and the way that the people who love me, show up for me undoubtedly every time to cheer me on makes every mile worth it 🤞🏾

What a year 2025 was. A lot has happened.
I started going to PBC, I did Young Adults Ministry and outreach in Portland. I picked up a language and started learning Japanese. And though there was a lot of struggle, I’m glad I gave it my all.
