A little snippet of another day, another dolls house play.

Ray noticed the new swing straight away!

This particular dolls house and most of the accessories, I picked up at @the_toy_project; all for a bargain.

When I popped in briefly today they had 4, yes 4 Gabby doll houses for £5 each! #Bargain!

✨ Creating magic for my girlie, 1 rainbow at a time ✨

July’s @_littlebrood scrap wool challenge

I added an @ostheimerwoodentoys duck/chick, @bumbutoys.ro flowers and fish with an ambrosius doll. Lastly a basket of @joguines_grapat loose parts

Rays inspired and decided she’s going to start making her mat after dinner. Watch this space 👀

#AD - Dare you play splatter brain? 👀 🧟‍♀️

I have 2 reviews here because it’s very different depending on whether you are the child or the parent 😂

Ray - Absolutely loved it! She loved the slime, the colour, the zombie head and she loved shouting “SPLATTER BRAIN!”. Most of all she loved playing in the slime after.

Me - Firstly Rays excitement for the game was infectious however I do have a bit of an aversion to wet slime, it’s not my thing. This game is super fun for children who love slime but it’s messy… so messy! I took precautions and Ray played in her puddle suit as we had already done bath time.

I really liked there were different ways to play, but let me tell you it’s much harder than it looks trying to find body parts in thick slime 😂

One thing to note, you need to prepare the slime before hand, it’s recommended at least 2 hours prior for it to thicken up. Once it’s made the slime lasts 2 weeks (in the fridge). There are no refills however you could use this with other slime, fake snow or shaving foam. The head doubles up as a fab basket and we will probably take it trick or treating later in the month.

Overall a fun novelty game to play in the lead up to Halloween and on Halloween day itself as long as you’re prepared for lots of mess (I imagine lots more mess if playing with 4 players! 😂)

The happiest girlie; Rays first treasure @rmstoys_uk dumpling! She wanted aqua or rare, and got the aqua.

Now how do I ensure she gets the rare for Christmas? 😂

Sometimes the box is better than the toy…

We finally did it… Built a Time Machine!

Rays schedule is quite busy and she doesn’t have unlimited snacks, but if you have important business, let her know and she will try she best to sort it for you.

I should have known better when Ray said let’s build a house for Nick… Not only did she claim Nicks house for her sole use (and pumpkins). Ray decided to build an even bigger house next door and move in someone else! Poor Nick 😂

It’s important to know about the past, to be strong in your present, to allow you to shape your future…

Imagine it was Ray who reminded me last night I hadn’t set up her Black History Month Display 🤦🏽‍♀️
