☕ Baristas Full time / head barista
🤝 Front of House Team Members

BARISTA REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years experience
- Confident dialling in & adjusting grind
- Consistent milk texturing
- Latte art essential
- Ability to perform under pressure during peak service

FOH REQUIREMENTS
- Café service experience
- Warm, professional customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

WHAT WE OFFER
25–35 hours per week
Supportive team culture
Busy Burnside Village location
Opportunity to grow within the business
