On Episode 20 of the OHL podcast. We sit down and talk to our friend @rclazaro , Canadian amateur boxing royalty. But as you find out he is more than boxer. We dive deep into his passion for animals, how and why he loves fashion, sewing and making his own clothes with his side hustle @2.moods . Rob has a constant need for learning and we find out that if you don't know something just 'google it' and make it happen. We hope you enjoy this episode with this good c**t.

how many times did I say parry?
here’s my 2 cents on the most common and effective way most of us are taught to deflect a jab.
once you understand this.. of course there are variations where you can then intentionally parry downwards if you’re going overtop with an overhand right for example. Similar would apply to parrying with the lead or jab hand.
