Feels like we’re really getting Ray back 🥹💜 lots of updates but he’s still progressing. He’ll be in acute rehab for a bit longer but he’s already asking about going to Cal games and planning stuff for the house. by @rdmurillo

Ray has made it to acute rehab! He will be challenged over the next couple weeks but the Doctors also say this is where you see rapid progress. I’ve been missing him a lot this week but he’s doing so great 🥹 by @rdmurillo

The progress continues! It’s a relief to hear the Dr being more optimistic about his recovery. He’s a remarkable guy 💜 looking forward to more solid foods and rehab coming up. by @rdmurillo

Ray is starting to make coherent sentences. He said he is happy to be alive 🥹 I feel like I am witnessing a miracle ❤️‍🩹

This year will be hard to beat. Married my best friend (don’t roll your eyes!!), saw Lady Gaga, read some great books (forever changed by I Who Have Never Known Men), supported my friends doing hard things and also was supported as I did hard things!! I cried so many happy tears this year and how lucky am I to do so 🫶🏼 by @rdmurillo

It’s been almost 1 month since we became the Mason-Murillos! I guess that means it’s finally time to post some pictures. The weekend was magical, and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We’re Engaged! 💍

Last week, @rays_pace proposed during a sunset ferry ride in Seattle. I was mildly suspicious but mostly surprised! As crossword puzzlers, he made me a custom crossword that spelled out “will you marry me?” Thankfully it didn’t take too long for me to figure out (there also weren’t enough letters for it to spell “happy anniversary” 😂)!
