We hold a lifetime of feelings in our fascia, so we must recite mantras into our muscles, make music out of our minds, and move as though the body is a living prayer…

As I leave @puretomsriveryoga after a class with @bethnenortas I am reminded of these words I wrote.

Every Sunday I step onto the mat and step into a portal of purity and prayer. Moving back home into a holy place in my body, feeling happy and whole. Grateful for Beth as my guide and for the community of Pure 🤍

The caption was inspired by a class @ohanarising with @liissea who has been a beacon on my journey🤍

A prayer in the pathless forest…
Bringing to life my new practice called Maori - a call to live in guardianship of all living things and re-member our interconnectedness.

As a guardian and guide in your health. Offering each person in the community a space to rest and reconnect with their earthly essence.

Using the pillars of Yoga Nidra, Craniosacral Therapy and Maya Abdominal Therapy that invite you to come home to a sense of homeostasis within your body, removing any restrictions that may be in the way of your innate natural rhythm.

Please grace my space each Sunday. The office is in Manasquan, NJ. This month I’ll be doing Donation December! Would love to welcome you.. women and postpartum mothers, this one is for you 🫂

More info to come soon. Text/call or DM me to book an appt- (201)527-7705

Special thank you to @sunshinekates @intimacydoula for creating and having me in a space that feels like a soft exhale.
