The first distillation of the season — Rose. 🌹

I just finished the last drops of my bottle from a year ago, and I have been waiting for this moment to return. This year the roses came to me in a few ways: my beloved beach roses that Carolyn and myself harvested, and then Shannon swept me down a dreamy, rose-lined road.

Thank you to my herbal friends for joining me. Everything made together carries a little extra magic. @shanonun, Carolyn, and @rea.river ♥️ 🌹

We are so deeply grateful for all of the special families we’ve worked with this season at The Well. This carousel holds just a handful of the sweet, simple moments that made this fall so special. 🫶🏼

Thank you for trusting us with your little one’s early years. Thank you for showing up—with presence, intention, and open hearts—during a time when true connection can feel rare. Thank you for being part of this collective.

We’re always better together. 🤍

The full moon is moving me to share tonight as I lay here, curled up in my blessed bed, a perfect, soft breeze caressing me through an open window, the sound of the wild at night singing me a lullaby. I find peace in the quietness, the simplicity, in the delicious luxury of this lunar moment. A warm, sweet tea of mint, licorice, mugwort, and tulsi soften me from the inside. I am content. And meanwhile, simultaneously, I am managing the pain of my womb as it sheds a world inside of me, sharp sensations keep me laying down and off my feet as the pain seeps down to fill also my hips and thighs. I hold two pillows between my legs for support, feeling the breath breathing me -- the wind picks up to match me, as my own lungs open and expand to hold more.

I am releasing and rewriting tonight. Letting go of old conditioning, patterns, mindsets, habits. And I am rewriting new narratives for the stories I hold, new and old; I am redirecting my energy into new and unique offerings, I am making new choices, and reclaiming parts of myself, I am finding the courage to lean in to this next expanded version of me. A wave of pain takes me in.... This is my monthly death and rebirth portal. It has been intense. And as my hormones begin to regulate again, after a couple weeks of luteal chaos, despite the physical pain I feel, I feel honest and confident when i say, I am enjoying the journey.

The journey really is the destination. Even adversity brings me beauty. The challenges are always invitations, to meet limitations and loops, to learn, integrate, and grow. I can not do it any other way but meet life as it comes. And so I stay surrendered to the process, facing what I must in order to become who I know I am meant to be. Remembering again and again, there is no rush to any destination, not to love, nor to success. The journey itself is the gift. The journey is the goal. The results we desire are just the arrows that get us to the next place the next unfolding edge. The end result is a fantasy, a dream yet to be, and the next beginning, this middle moment we call now, is only what we make of it.

Well here you have it....
Thanks for tuning in.
Blessed be 🐚

I am thrilled to announce the launch of Milk & Honey, a heartfelt venture born from the depths of motherhood and inspired by the sweet presence of my daughter, Lola Honey. After experiencing the transformative journey of welcoming Lola into our lives, I’ve been moved to channel my passion for postpartum support and photography into a purpose-driven endeavor.

Milk & Honey is more than just a service; it’s a nurturing sanctuary for families embarking on their postpartum journey. Named after my own journey with Lola, this venture is a testament to the profound impact of supportive care during this precious time.

With Lola by my side, I am committed to providing families with holistic support that honors the sacred bond between mother and child as a donation based offering. From nourishing meals and herbal care to compassionate listening and household assistance, I am dedicated to empowering mothers to embrace their postpartum experience with grace and resilience.

In my photography, I aim to capture the authentic beauty and joy of motherhood in its purest form. Through candid and natural light settings, I seek to immortalize the tender moments shared between mothers and their babies, preserving memories that will be cherished for generations to come.

At Milk & Honey, my mission is simple: to create a space of warmth, compassion, and support for mothers as they navigate the precious early days of motherhood. I invite you to join me on this journey as we celebrate the boundless love and joy that comes with welcoming a new life into the world.
Starting this Spring, Milk & Honey will begin offering postpartum support and photography services tailored to families who are seeking a nurturing sanctuary to rest and bond with their baby. Stay tuned for more details as we prepare to embark on this journey together.

We crafted two exclusive cocktails for a very special baby shower, with flowers and names inspired by all things nature and the baby. We are honored to have been a part of this.

Rayne Drop: Sparkling rosewater, lemon and lavender syrup garnished with fresh dried lavender for grounding.

Rayne of Sunshine: Grapefruit, lime, ginger tonic and hibiscus syrup topped with rose petals and an orange for the sunshine.

Guests had the option to choose their mood, elevated with butterfly pea flower and soothed with calm cubes.
