Goodbye, teenage years.
Thank you for all the memories, the lessons we learnt the late nights (and early mornings) the mistakes, the laughter, and all the moments that helped prepare me to go into this next era!

It’s slightly sad leaving the teen years behind, but I cannot wait to see what the twenties have in store for me.

Here’s to new beginnings, growing up even more, and making this next chapter one to remember. 🥂✨

Hello, twenties. Here I come. 🤍 by @read_withjem

Broken bloodlines’ series
Sadie Kincaid

“You have conquered [our] hearts and stolen my soul. Do not insult what we have by calling it love”

This absolutely stunning series by Sadie has stolen my soul too!! Although not for everyone, if you love all things fantasy romance this has you covered.
The characters unique abilities and strengths make this book so so good, and it’s nothing like I’ve ever read.

Ophelia is so badass and to tolerate her four (yes four) men is wild 😝 I fell in love with her personality and ability to try and see the best in very situation and person.

Alexandros (professor/sir) the most powerful vampire to live definitely grew on me over the 3 books, but his true character transformation in book 3 is what got me.

And finally, Malachi, Xavier and Axl, (Alexandros’ boys🥹) all had their own amazing personalities leaving the reader spoil for choice throughout the whole series yay!

Centre Ice
-Julia Connors-
442 pages

“you are my sun Audrey. You’re the Centre of my whole universe, the star that Graham and I are lucky enough to orbit around. And you always will be”

Ahhh! book 1 in the Boston rebels' series, could not have made my heart melt anymore.
Audrey as the song suggests, a diva of a single mom I aspire to be as good one day.

Graham, made my heart melt, that’s all!!

Drew for someone so lost in the hockey world coming in late to parent came naturally. Definitely a giant softy at heart ❤️

~ Secret baby/child ~
~ Second chances ~
~ Single mom ~
~ He falls fast (and harder) ~
~ Strong female friendship ~

My first review!!

Darkbirch Academy
-Krista Graves-
368 pages

“two predators now circle me in this den of enemies. One I came to hunt, and one I never saw coming”

Well, what can I say. I absolutely fell in love with this book and need a second one asap lol.
Esme Salem, a powerhouse FMC who proves just how hard it is to be accepted, however she always did it with quick wit and a smile.

Professor Dayn (more like professor damn!), he comes across with such a bad boy vibe I just couldn’t get past, very quickly becoming my favorite character, can’t wait to see where the author takes his character.

And Keiren Mazrov, who believe it or not I first thought was going to be the love interest, which maybe was the authors intention? Although we didn’t get a lot of back story I can definitely see how he might progress come a new book.

I can’t wait to see where this one goes!

~ Slow burn ~
~ Dark Fantasy ~
~ Predatory beings (dragons, mages, vampires, dark fae, werewolves and incubi) ~
~ Enemies to lovers ~
