Unbox an arc from R A Sandpiper!!

The fallen faith is out today & it is 100% worth the read, I cannot fault her writing at all. I absolutely adored to touch a silent fury and this lived up to the hype!

A massive thank you for allowing me to be apart of the arc team for a second time and I cannot wait for future releases🖤

Davian was probably one of my favourite parts of the book. I loved how mysterious he was especially with the mask and everything surrounding his character. There was so much tension between him and Annie and I was constantly wanting to know more about him and what he was hiding.

I really liked Annie too. It was great seeing how much she changed throughout the story and watching her start to question the things she had always believed. I felt like there was a lot for her to discover both about herself and the world around her. The whole world was really interesting too. I loved the different Houses and the mythology behind them and there were so many secrets and twists that kept me trying to figure out where the story was going. I definitely had moments where I thought I had worked something out only for something else to happen.

There was a good mix of romance, mystery, fantasy and spice with some darker moments thrown in too. I liked that there was more to the story than just the romance and that the mystery kept me interested throughout.

Also, Whip and Carnage were definitely some of my favourite characters. They added such a fun little bit of chaos to the story.

Overall, this was a really enjoyable romantasy and I’m definitely interested to see where the story goes next. If you like mythology, mystery, spice and a very mysterious MMC this is one I’d recommend picking up.

This arc was gifted in exchange for a non-biased review. The review is nothing but my own thoughts and opinions without any sway from the author 🖤🖤

Demon Touched had me hooked from the first page. The tension was addictive and I found myself reading faster and faster because I needed to know what was going to happen to Leah and Syrus. Which then made me go back and re-read pages to actually take it in and not get over excited 😂

I still absolutely love Leah. She is feisty, strong willed and definitely not afraid to stand her ground. I loved seeing how much she has grown in this book. Syrus also showed a much softer side
and I am obsessed with how protective he is of Leah🫢

I love how the smaller storylines are woven through the main plot. The world, characters and magic system are so well developed and Zara really knows how to write FMCs I love🩷

Leah arrives in Aradis to find her place as a Nephilim while surviving the Fledgling Trials and hiding the fact that she is Demon Touched. Meanwhile, her bond with Syrus continues to develop and the stakes just keep getting higher and more intense.

There were so many twists and tension that I seriously did not want to put this book down. That ending left me with SO many questions and I NEED book three.

This series is quickly becoming one of my favourites and I cannot wait for more!!!
