october snippets and life update 🧡

life has been quite busy this month again 😅 i feel as if im drowning with work and everything. i’ve just been so tired lately 😭 hopefully it can turn around soon.

also im still reading shadow and son and enjoying it! i finished written in starlight and gave it a 3.5 ⭐️ (my 5 star prediction was off 😅)

i have my fav art pieces up here! i love love my fourth bone picture with a wiener dog hehe i also have damon torrance and winter art that got cut out of the frame but ill show soon!

bean gave me the biggest judgement face like what is she even doing over there 😂 i’ve never seen her look out over there before!

walks with bean are always the best 😩 she really gets me out of the house or else i would be a hermit

i started murdoku and wait why is it so fun!! it really makes me think an tell me why i always do it at like 11 pm right before bed 😅

bean loves my book room so much!! i always catch her reading there 🤭

went to a playoffs valkyrie game and yes they are so fun! everyone is having the best time 🏀

last: unbound was a beautiful book! i literally can’t stop thinking about them and everything they’ve had to endure 🥹

now: shadow and son! omg i can’t wait to be back into this world!! i miss cedric so much 😭 i love him and ahh im so ready to see how this trilogy concludes!

next: daybreak - yes im switching up everything and picking this up next bc wait i miss alex corbeau green so much 😩

q3 wrap up 💫

i did one for q1 but totally forgot to do a q2 wrap up! so im trying to pick back up and do my q3! honestly averaged about 3 books a month which is much lower than what i was reading a few years ago but im ok with it!

my fav book of q3 was probably tempest of wrath and vengeance 🤭 ily forever any MKR book 🫶🏼

stfu this book was beautiful 😭 i seriously was a wreck while reading this book. Bennett and Paloma are everything 😩 i love them so much. truly the right person wrong time but im so happy they found there way back to each other. bennett oh that man YEARNS for 3 years yeah he’s in love 😩 oh paloma my heart heart so much for her and i just wanted to scream and fight for her. she deserves love and to be loved by bennett ❤️‍🩹 i was sobbing toward the end of the book bc of how much you learn and uncover about their past 😭. i cannot recommend a more beautiful book!!

also this man loves to play with her hair and i was such a sucker for those moments!! and he wore a backwards hat??!! sold by @readingwitherii

you don’t understand i’m already obsessed with this book!!

📖 current read: unbound by peyton corinne - im loving every moment of it! i’m only 23% in the book right now (ch 20) and im eating it all up! i love how Bennett is yearning so much for paloma like it’s no one’s business 😩 truly one of the biggest yearners i’ve ever read!! i just want to hug paloma and shake her that she deserves to be loved by someone like bennett UGH

i’m truly in love with this series and excited to see how this book goes! i’ve heard it’s a lot of peoples favorite 🤭💕

🎥 currently watching: i just watched resident evil and the love hypothesis and im obsessed with both!! like completely opposite movies but i was sat for both!! i’m low key so into austin abrams from resident evil like what (does anyone else feel this way?? pls tell me im not alone) now for love hypothesis omg i loved adam and olive hehe pls go watch it for a good time!! by @readingwitherii

it’s always a fun and good time! pro tip would def get there early! parking took about an hour from all the traffic when we got there around 10 am. also the weather is HOT so be prepared 🥵

the knight and the moth by rachel gillig ⚔️ 🦋

rating: 5 ⭐️

omg?? guys this book was such a breath of fresh air!

rachel gillig keeps delivering with her unique magic system! i was completely shocked by the ending and literally all the revelations that happened in the book!! i called some things 🤭 but some took me by surprise!! like did not see any of that coming at all!!

ily bartholomew 😩😩 he was so funny and quick witted i loved him so much!! like he also just said whatever he wanted and made me giggle whenever reading this book!

now to rory, oh the eye makeup and the piercings 🫦 i’m a fan 👏🏼 i also loved how real and he was not afraid of saying his true feelings. especially not being cool with sybil talking down to him. i really applaud him for that!! seeing their relationship grow was also interesting to see develop. he was so sweet and protective over sybil 😩 damn

sybil, six, i truly love how much she developed in finding her own voice and what she actually wanted to do with her life! also her realizing her love for the gargoyle and also rory 😭 love their little moments together!!

now wtf was that ending!! no freaking way we are just going to have the gargoyle tell that story and rip out my heart 😭 what do you mean sybil died and what do you mean the gargoyle was actually bartholomew!! like he was turned into a damn gargoyle!! ugh and that was going to happen to sybil?! wtf the abbess sucks ass anyways the kings on my shit list now with his weird ass be my queen moment ew no thanks by @readingwitherii
