It’s a new year and I recently dyed my hair for the first time so figured I’d update my meet the bookstagrammer info. It’s 2025 so here are 25 things about me in no particular order

1. I live in MI
2. I have two beautiful Bernese Mountain Dogs
3. I just gave birth to my first child and he is everything to me
4. I’m a huge Harry Potter fan
5. I love coffee especially iced coffee. My favorite flavors are caramel and vanilla
6. I love reading romance, fantasy and historical fiction
7. I was a high school history teacher but taking some time off to be a stay at home mom
8. My favorite color is brown 🤎
9. My favorite weather is 50 degrees and sunny or rainy if I can be inside reading
10. I’m a Hufflepuff 💛
11. I love Disney! My favorite park is Epcot
12. I have anxiety and OCD
13. I’m married to my best friend who I met playing quidditch in college
14. I have a twin sister
15. I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years in grade school

I am an Autumn ✨🍁🍂🤎☕️

Gilmore Girls = fall. I love rewatching Gilmore girls during the fall. The show embodies the cozy small town vibe and has the perfect nostalgia feels to it. I will forever be a Jess girl and Emily Gilmore is my favorite character.

New Release Tuesday 🍂📖

The new releases today are stacked! We have so many good choices, from romances, to holiday books and even an adorable children’s book

Special shoutout to all the publishers, NetGalley and @sarahgomachwrites for all the ARCs. Especially to Sarah who reached out to me to read her adorable children’s book. Definitely one I need to get my son. It was so fun to read an ARC of a children’s book 🫶

Just a cozy picture to say if you haven’t read the series The Adventures of Amina Al Sirafi then you are missing out. The series has an older FMC pirate who is a mom. It’s set in the 12th century Middle East and combines history and magic. There are two books out in this planned trilogy

Friday Fall Fav 🤎✨📖🍂

Sharing one of my favorite series! The perfect trilogy to read this fall. A cozy fantasy featuring the son of a demon trying to free his dad and a runaway FMC who has secrets of her own. They bump into each other and set off a new course for both of them. This book has the perfect slow burn, grumpy x sunshine to the max, the cutest little imp character, and a story that shows beautiful growth in each character

Thank you to @kirs_papertravels for posting about this one which made me want to try it out and I’m so glad I did.
