mental health awareness month ☘️💚🤍 may is mental health awareness month, and i wanted to take a moment to be vulnerable. i still don’t feel fully comfortable going into my personal experiences yet but as someone who deals with anxiety on a regular basis, i can say that the feeling sucks undoubtedly. but no matter what you’re going through, your emotions matter.
